I have been having problems with my 2001 Merc which just wasn't running well and seemed to be in "limp home' mode a lot of the time. After looking at prices of scan tools for these cars and fed up with paying the dealer a fortune every time I took the car for diagnosis, I decided to look at the Motorscan advertised multiplexer.
I ordered it on a Sunday and it was delivered to me the following Friday - very impressive service from David who was only too happy to answer all of my questions immediately.
The tool exceeds my expectations considering the price and I was able to discover without any fuss that my lambda sensor needed replacement. The unit performed faultlessly and did a complete diagnosis of all the modules in my car.
I am most impressed with the unit and the service from Motorscan cannot be faulted.
